Fatal High-Speed Chase in Hendersonville

Earlier this week, a high-speed chase in Hendersonville left one man dead and two other people in the hospital. The chase happened on Interstate 26, when troopers attempted to pull over a speeding vehicle. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, 48-year-old Allen Goodman of Florida took the troopers on a high-speed chase through Hendersonville.

The chase finally came to a halt when Goodman's car struck a pickup truck on Sugarloaf road. Witness reports indicate that there were screeching tires and a loud boom. Goodman was pronounced dead on the scene. The passenger in the pickup truck was air lifted to Greenville Memorial Hospital, and the driver was taken to Pardee Hospital. If you or a loved one has been injured in a crash involving a speeding or careless driver, contact an experienced personal injury attorney as soon as possible to get the ball rolling on your case.
