A Macon County man, 51-year-old Shawn McCutcheon, was killed in the crash and another man was injured. Over the weekend, a teenager was hospitalized after an All-Terrain-Vehicle (ATV) crash near Maggie Valley. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, the incident happened on Sunday along Irene Lane. The 14-year-old passenger was riding with another teen at the time of the wreck. Apparently, the 4-wheeler had some type of mechanical trouble as the two teens were heading down a hill. They crashed into the woods beside the road, and a witness nearby heard the brakes screeching.
