In addition to litigating truck cases, Brian handles other serious injury cases, including medical malpractice, defective products, premises liability, and car wrecks.
Brian was born in Asheville, North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree in political science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree at Wake Forest University School of Law.
Admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts in North Carolina, Brian is also a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
